I removed the redirection, but the problem was caused by suPHP.
install.php is creating a temporary php script that's reading user id. It's located in /crtr/log/tmp and it's having 777 permissions by default. but since I'm hosting with HostGator, it's impossible to disable suPHP, which is not allowing world writeable files (777) to be run.
Once someone try to run that temp php file (that's exactly what install.php is doing), the server is returning a 500 error - the file doesn't exist, so this was causing the problem at the first place.
install.php is ioncube encoded, so it's impossible for me to fix it.
I had plans to get like 50 Crystal Trade licences soon, but I'm unable to install the script at all.
Is it possible to check out this issue and correct it? Can someone from your support contact me?
I appreciate it!
Thanks!
